Jan 20, 2013 #2 Proserpina Moderator I answered this elsewhere, but I'll reiterate here. No, you have no case. You refused service, the manager opined - perhaps inappropriately, but not illegally - something about your parenting ability. Nothing illegal happened.

Jan 20, 2013 #5 army judge Super Moderator My colleague are all spot on. You seek a remedy, I'm sure. I suggest you write a concise, polite, clear letter of complaint to the dentist (if its a small office), or corporate HQ for a large dental practice.
