Can I sue someone (a manager of a dental facility) that said to my son that she was sorry that he has this type of mom just because we refused to get recommended service?

I answered this elsewhere, but I'll reiterate here.

No, you have no case.

You refused service, the manager opined - perhaps inappropriately, but not illegally - something about your parenting ability.

Nothing illegal happened.

Agree with cbg. You would have had to suffer some type of damages to have a case/sue. (monetary damages for an example)

My colleague are all spot on.

You seek a remedy, I'm sure.

I suggest you write a concise, polite, clear letter of complaint to the dentist (if its a small office), or corporate HQ for a large dental practice.

I'd like to add that Mom wasn't present, and her son is actually an adult...
