Mindywest said:Wisconsin changed their law last year making it against the law to discriminate against a felon - we are actually being sued for preventing a person from getting hired because they told us they had a felony and we said that we could not move forward in the interview process. We just found out though that this person does not have a felony but instead has a Non-traffic Ordinance Violation severity Forf. U. So I am wondering since this person is not a felon would this then become a non issue.
