Disabled but was a stay at home mom

I am disabled and unable to work at all. I was a stay at home mom for 17 yrs of our marriage. I am getting spousal support from him but they want to terminate it. I am unable to get disability benifits because i didnt put into the system . what can i do?

Fight the attempt to end the spousal support.
Talk to a social worker and see what help they can provide.

What is your disability? That was never mentioned in any of your other threads. Were you recently disabled?

Is this a continuation of your divorce action that was set aside, or was that already decided?

Is your (ex)husband still in the navy?

My ex husband wants to terminate as well as his lawyer.
I have been disabled since 2007 and am unable to work due to me breaking my neck.
I had the judgement set aside i did all the paperwork myself.and he is in the army.

I didnt put into the ssi benifits cuz i dont have enough work credits.

If you qualify medically you'll get SSI (not SSDI - that's the one you "pay into").
