I suggest you find yourself a good criminal defense attorney.
While you're trying to find one, be prepared to be charged criminally.
If the insurance company is drawing a conclusion, I'll bet the police have drawn them, too. If not, their probably involved in investigating the cause of the fire.
Furthermore, as of this moment STOP talking about this incident with everyone EXCEPT your lawyer.

There must have been a reason for the ins. co. to come to the conclusion they did. I agree that you might want to talk to a criminal law/defense attorney.
