denied claim

    my claim was denied, should i appeal or get an attorney? if appeal. how do i go about it and is it legal for the insurance co. To accuse me of burning my own home?.

    Was there an investigation into the matter by law enforcement?

    I suggest you find yourself a good criminal defense attorney.
    While you're trying to find one, be prepared to be charged criminally.
    If the insurance company is drawing a conclusion, I'll bet the police have drawn them, too. If not, their probably involved in investigating the cause of the fire.
    Furthermore, as of this moment STOP talking about this incident with everyone EXCEPT your lawyer.

    There must have been a reason for the ins. co. to come to the conclusion they did. I agree that you might want to talk to a criminal law/defense attorney.
