I have a Judgment against defendant for 1,700.00 and defendant has ignored an order from the court to complete form 7.343. I called the judge office and they say I have to submit a motion. where I can find such document? I don't know how to write such document.

The court clerk should be able to tell you what to do. They can't give legal advice but they can give procedure information. (or ask a lawyer)
