we were 40K in debt with credit cards and loans. We went with a debt relief company that was reliable. They helped us settle a couple of accounts and really worked with us. Then they turned us over to another company. They have been no help at all. We are paying a monthly fee for them to help us with collection calls, legal letters, etc. When we receive a legal letter, we are to call the legal department, which happens to be one guy! We usually get that his voice mail is full and to call back. It can take weeks to get through to him. Meantime the legal notice deadline is over. We signed a contract with the first company and the second company is not fulfulling that contract. We have 10 months left in the program. What happens if we decide not to stay in the program?

I just found out we do not have 10 months left in the program, we have another 28 payments. They are of no help at all. Any suggestions as to what to do?

Services that are not being rendered as per the contract. If you cannot get through with their legal department, see what customer service has to advise and consider filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Check your contract to see what are the options you have regarding delivery of services as well. Hope this helps!
