Hi there,
I have repeatedly left messages and also emailed the contacts listed on the diamond class action lawsuit regarding De Beers but to no avail. My question is this:
I need to settle an old debt (debt from 08/94) for buying diamond related jewelry. I have already done the research and know I qualify.
my question is this:
If i qualify to get a refund back for diamonds bought and i have never paid on the old diamond accounts do i still get a refund?
i ask because if i get a refund, this in turn allows me to be able to negotiate a settlement with the company i purchased on my credit to begin with.
the next question i have is if i dont qualify to get a refund due to owing the entire amount due for the diamonds purchased on my credit, can i negotiate an even lower amount from the national jewelry chain company i purchased (on my credit) these diamonds from? I realize i can negotiate all i want but can i reasonably ask the company owed for a far lower amount due to this settlement?
I appreciate a reply.
I thank you ahead of time for your assistance.
