i have been married one year and my husband has 2 daughters from a previous relationship, we just started a custody/visitation battle and the mother of the girls has been verbally accussing me of being gruel, mean, verbally abusive to the girls, she says i am a threat to them, mind you i have seen them since they are 3&4 years old. now she says in order to have shared custody she needs supervised visitation and needs me to notarize a statement that i will not harm the girls. do i have a case, can i press charges to her, what can i do??/ please help.
