I live next door to a forclosed house,its owned by a holding co.its been aband.for years an it is a mess.holding co.doesnt maintain the place so i do ive wrote them many times trying to get paid alittle something but they ignore my letters.were in detroit so theres no chance the city would ever help... any thoughts???

What are you trying to get them to pay you to do?

Cut the grass or buy the house?

The city will send them a notice to clean the property up and cut the grass.

Wait until Halloween, the revelers will set fire to the eyesore!
