Cut my hours..Constructive Dismissal??

I have been working as a waiter for the last 7 years, always fulltime (approx 35 hours).
Over the last few months, my employer has cut my hours to approx 20.
I have rasied a greivance but they still will not give me any more hours.

Am i covered under the Implied terms of custom and practice? as i have awlays worked 35 hours?

Knowing this they still wont give me any more hours, they also are not paying me my sick pay correctly, keep disputing it etc. Lying about dates etc.

I have been told that the area manager has told them to drop my hours and hope i quit as they want rid of me cos iv been there too long.

What are my rights and what should i do next?

i think that we may be inadvertantly leaving the 'international' folks off the board. they do have the option to list a post as 'international' which would lead one to believe that they may be able to find further information on this site that may be relative to their country of origin.
i am not sure if there are any folks that visit this board that could answer these questions in regards to the location of this poster, but maybe someone else on the board may be of assistance
