DHR comes to my residents on a DV and says there are allegations of drugs being sold out of residents where children stay. That I cant be at residents while my spouse there and that I had to have a drug screen and be place on a safety plan. I complied and took drug screen and pass. A worker came in check residents, did a walk thru and question kids. Everything check out to the worker approval. So can I go to my residents while my spouse there?

Unless you were ordered by a court to stay away then there is no force of law stopping you. You would have received this order in writing and it would be issued by the court or a police officer.

You need to ask DHR, not strangers on the Internet who know nothing about your case.
