how do i find out about the costs to go back to court in nm to get uncontested custody of my children from my mother living in nm,,, but custody was vouluntarily given to mother by me in nc? can it be done in nm or do i have to go back to nc?:dunno:

You may be able to have the case transferred to NM from NC if the children lived there long enough. You can access court forms, rules, and instructions on the following link. There are also resources listed that offer free assistance (depending on your county). Good luck.
