My wife and I seperated 2 weeks ago, and she relocated to a different state (from New York to Kentucky). She took our three kids ages 14, 12, and 6. Two of the kids want to stay with their mom but, my 12 year old wants to come back because he wants to be here with me and all of his friends. Can I get him back.

If you haven't filed a legal separation, then you generally have as much rights to your children as your wife. So, yes, you can get any or all of your children back.

If you did file legal separation, then you should consult an attorney to see if there's anything you can do.

Actually, if you haven't filed, then you should still see an attorney now to work out custody/visitation/support.
