Myh ex and I have joint custody on our baby girl. I have don't everything in my power to make sure he sees her and even throw in some extra. But when it comes time to sit down and talk about the rules and schedule of the baby he never cooperates. He says he don't want to talk and his time with his daughter is his time. Is it possible for me to achieve sole custody? How can we have joint custody when he doesnt want to participate in the issues, wouldn't that make me look bad making decisions by myself?

You cannot just get sole custody just because you 2 cannot communicate. what would sole custody actually do for you? Not much, he still will get unsupervised visits. He is free to do what he wants with the child on his time.
