Why would a judge grant custody to the mother when The Division of Youth and Family Services say that they have concerens for the childrens safty because of her mental instabillity and housing instabillity. Also the father has raised the children sence they were born and the mother leaving 4 times which 2 times was out of the country.

Sounds like an attorney is needed if there wasn't one in the first place, and that an appeal needs to be filed.
