My ex wife has had custody of our son for 10 years with me having visitation. She recently had an affair and left her 2nd husband. Her new guy left his family and the two of them are living in a hotel room. She asked that our son stay with me until she gets things settled. In the meantime I am still paying child support but she is not providing a home, clothing, food, etc. There are rumors that they are into drugs, but we have no proof. She is not working. He recently closed his business and owes people money. There could be civil suits and people are angry with him. There are rumors that he is unstable and has "snapped". Is it possible for me to get custody because of any of the above? I do not want to take her to court unless I have a chance to get full custody with her getting some visitation... possibly supervised. Last time I took her to court in order for me to get additional visitation, all I got was a couple of extra days a year and an increase in child support that I had to pay. Thank you.

I don't understand your comment? I cannot find where I posted this twice. Is someone going to offer me some advice?
