My ex husband and I divorced about a year ago. I was given full custody, he didn't fight me over it, and I agreed to some visitation, he also agreed on child support payments. He currently is owing me for 2 months of child support that he "doesn't know where the money went after mailed". Now he has talked to my attorney, without my knowledge, and has been assured this will not affect visitation he can pick my son up and take him whenever he wants however long he wants. Now, I feel that since I'm having problems with support at the moment, my son should stay with me. Also theres the fact that when he had our son for 3 weeks in the summer he was returned home with staph infection of the nose and ringworm all over his rear end from sleeping on a sofa that their old dog used to sleep on, they never took him to a doctor, nor did they try to fight the infections with over the counter creams. I'm looking for legal advice on this because according to my ex husband it is court ordered child support, it was never ordered that I know of, it was just agreed to. What do I do?
