Custody help

Hi I live in Kansas and have a daughter with my ex fiancée. I left her because she became controlling and abusive toward me. She is a good mom but she will not allow me to see my daughter on my own. I have seen my daughter twice out of the four times she was supposed to bring her to me. I work five days a week as well and have a good paying job. My girlfriend has offered to watch my daughter while I'm at work but I'm scared I won't be able to get custody as Kansas has a history of refusing to give single fathers custody. I'm afraid my efforts will be in vain. Any help would be appreciated I love my daughter more then anything I'm just sick of getting lied to and not being able to see my daughter.

Is there a current custody/visitation order? If there is a court order mom is not following, then you need to go to court and file contempt. Do you live out of state? Time to talk to an attorney or google some fathers rights groups to see about filing a contempt charge. i suggest you act on this now so mom cannot do this anymore and eventually gets herself in trouble with the courts.
