This is in Texas. As the Non-Custodial parent, I followed the order of the court regarding notification of summer visitation. Ex is taking me back to court in attempts to modify the parent-child relationship which I am agressively fighting. The ex informed me that she was not going to allow my visitation and immediately left the country to avoid surrendering the children. I arrived at her residence and called the local police to file a report for interferrence with child custody.
