Hi, I'm on h1b. I've a case of dismissed dv and deffered judgement of criminal mischief misdemeanor 3 Ccolorado law 18-4-501(1), (4) (a). my current employer is filing for my visa amendment, I want to know if there can an RFE come in my case. As the employer doesn't know anything about it, and they can fire me when aware of it. Thanks.
