Hi If I dont show up in court for a second dUI and a violation of Prbation and I leave the state Will the bail bondsmen or the state itself travel to look for me

You better believe the bail bondsman is going to come after you, and you will have a warrant.

Why in the world would you not show up to court? what good is this going to do?

Do you have family that will lose a house or car because you default on the bond?

The state will issue a warrant for your arrest, and that warrant could well prevent you from gaining decent employment, government assistance, loans, SSI, and all manner of federal and state aid should it be necessary.

Not to mention you will always be looking over your shoulder wondeirng when the cops will show up.

And, remember, warrants do not go away ... they stay forever - or until withdrawn or served.
