I have a question regarding legal procedures ~
I was a victim of a penny stock spam, which was halted by the SEC, the case is currently in court...
The case was moving along smoothly and then suddenly stopped when there was a motion to file sur reply in November 2013... There has been not activity since that time.
I called the court this morning, chambers and spoke to a young lady. She stated that case is still active, there have been no filings however there have been things happening in the case and to check the docket in September for the next filing, basically she was saying something will be done in Sept...
Is this even normal? Can she see something in the system that would not be on let's say PACER which I check all the time? Somewhat confused how she would be able to say when the next filing would be taking place.
