Copyright Copy right/Trade Mark question-Trading cards

Hello, I'm trying to get find out what is trademarked/copyrighted on trading cards. (Magic the gathering.)There are two pictures. One of the card produced by Wizards of the coast (Hasboro) and a card that was digitally altered to represent this card.



On the altered card all symbols/ borders have been removed but is it still infringing on any copyright/trademark law?
Is the name of the card protected?
Is the text in the text box protected because it is word for word?
Is the general layout of the card protected?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
