i can not afford a lawyer,and i have a house i want to sell for contract for deed. can a person make up there own contract for deed,or is it absolutely necessary for a lawyer to do. :( thank you for your time,it is greatly appreciated!!!

Yes, you can do everything yourself.
You don't need a lawyer.
You don't even have to create the contract for sale, you can buy one at most stationary or business supply stores.
They cost about $10-20.
You can even buy the contracts from many websites on the intenet.
One of the best ones is: www.legalzoom.com .
But, you can search for many others.
Be careful, there are many crooks out there.
So, shop, choose, and sell wisely.
