Another Follow up. March 17th we wento court for the back owed support and to modify the current support because I can no longer get daycare assistance through DHS. They chaged his support to $424 a month and he brought a check for $500 because he owen $1900 now. He is to pay my an extra $100 on top of the monthly support until his back support is paid off and he will be on probation during this time. He also got stuck with the lawyer fess for the contempt citation. It took me 5 months but I finally am getting what is owed to me and he is punished. Thats his consequence. He is out more money, ordered to pay extra and on probation. So I learned what would happened myself. I hope that if anyone else is in the same situation that this thread will give them some useful information and my some guidance. Thanks to all replied and kept up with this thread.
