I have a Title Max loan on my car. Am I able to turn the vehicle in to them without them charging me the difference between what they could get if they sold it at auction vs the amount of the title loan? A used car sales person told me that I could turn the car in to them & they would not do anything else to get more money from me. Does anyone know if this is true or not?

The answer is in your loan contract.

It controls what they'll do.

The standard answer is opposite of what you said.

You can turn it in without recourse to you. That's TitleMax policy.
