Confused

My sons children were recently taken from him and his wife through cps. The allegations were about their home they use to reside in. Saying it was not fit. But they have not lived there in sometime. Anyways the children are in foster care, my daughter has a good home and has told the cps she was more then willing to take them in but can not get a response from anyone to come out and assess her home. In the mean time the parents having been doing everything that is asked of them but we are still not getting any answers. Please can you tell us what to do.
