My question is simple...I think...?
Do the same laws/rights regarding employment and termination apply to the Confederated Tribes in Oregon and their employyees (not part of the tribe) as to any other employer in Oregon? :confused:

That depends ... has the tribe waived their sovereign immunity? Have they voluntarily agreed to be subject to state law pursuant to 25 USC sec. 476?

If they are like most tribes in CA, many of the same laws will not apply there. For the specific answer, you may have to consul a local employment attorney.
