Complicated divorce

I am married to someone I haven't seen in 4 years we split after being married for only 3 months and I have no idea where he is. I'm with another man now and we have two kids and are expecting another one. I need to get this divorce done with ASAP and I need to know what to do?

The easiest thing to do is speak with a local lawyer.
Its also the quickest, but not the cheapest.
