Community property

Step daughter took mother, my wife of 28 years to an attorney shortly before demise ( wife suffering from pancreatic cancer using heavy pain medication) and had wife sign community property rights to daughter. Can will be contested?

If it was community property, what was done can be contested. I suggest you contact a lawyer in your local area and discuss your concerns with him or her.

I suggest you do this ASAP. Why? Because the funds might be diminished, secreted away, or exhausted. You might be able to sue, but don't expect miracles. A local lawyer might be able to guide or assist you.
