I have a judgement against me and it is my divorce degree that he was to satisfy the judgement. Now they are trying to gaurnish my wages what can I do

Not much YOU can do, except try to get your former spouse back into court and see if the judge will sanction him.
Otherwise, that decree is binding between you two, but means nothing to the lender.
You both signed the note, and the lender will seek the one easiest to get money taken from and paid to them.
I bet your former spouse is a deadbeat, either unemployed, under employed, or working off the books.
Or, he may have gone underground to conceal himself and his stuff, so they would take your stuff.
The good news, you aren't married to that bum anymore, madam.
