Clarification of Docket Entry (Answer)

In Kansas::

This is on the public access docket notations?

My question is; is this "Answer/Response" from the petitioner or from the respondent?

'Answer', 'to' & 'of' are throwing me off here! lol

Is this saying the respondent is responding to the petition of the petitioner?
Or the petitioner is responding to the petition of the respondent?


Petitioner: Name 1
Respondent: Name 2

Name 2 is answering.

It's just how that particular court does things. Presumably (if you're a party) you'll find out soon enough in any case.

Okay, that's what I thought, except that this case is a child support petition, so that is what was throwing me off.
