Hello i receive this Civil Citation from Justice Court Harris County Texas . A company sued me for $6300.00 they asked me to file a written answer after 10 day of this citation, but the Justice Court is located in Harris County, but my Voter Registration Certificate says that my adress (same has the one on the Citation papers) is in another County, not Harris, the citation says " The defendant is a resident of Harris County" Can this help me to dismmis my citation, what do i have to do, will they go to my county court and suit me again, tks for your help....
