CIA/FBI Question

If the CIA and FBI are calling you a M16 or KGB spy and you are not and are using advanced mind control tactics on your family such as turning them into US army robots to get them to commit you to insane asylums for suicidal claims or threats to others you never made and they admitted you never made, what is your recourse? If you go to visit your ex girlfriend who at the time was your girlfriend and you simply knocked on her father's door to give her your phone number since you lost contact and get randomly tackled immediately by her father and assaulted by her brothers after having a nice conversation with her father several months before and they press charges for felony burglary when no crime was committed two months after the fact - is this legal? Over text message I have record of my girlfriend's brother (one of whom kicked me in the head on the ground when I did not fight back) saying that they did not want to see me in trouble but that it was the Moberly prosecutor that wanted them to press charges. It does not seem right or fair that someone can press charges for a crime they did not list two months later. There was no mention of burglary or any felony upon the cops immediately showing up. They detained me for an hour but did not technically arrest me for any crime at the moment. This appears to be a CIA stunt just to sting people and my reputation is being completely ruined by the CIA to bust FBI participating or foreign military and I am tired of this. My mother is supposedly paid by the CIA and I am not a spy or hacker. I also had illicit pornography ran through my computer router and phone calls constantly made from my cell phones that I do not make. My phone calls are also often forwarded to the wrong numbers. This clearly is not just as I have done nothing wrong and apparently they are paying my ex girlfriend and other ex girlfriends just to make me out as a spy or someone of interest and then stinging people rapidly especially foreign undercovers. All of Saint Louis, Missouri is apparently undercover so that I have little recourse since most of the attorneys moved out. My mother also takes any money I get sent to my house like my tax return check and immediately used it for this attorney so I have no money. The US army or navy or CIA states I work for them when convenient to get people to stop talking or stop people from being interested and apparently want me to play along but I am afraid they are going to keep using me as sting bait by saying I am some terrorist or foreign agent or robot when my whole family is US army and my uncle who is in on this was even a US army sniper. All are basically gagged and apparently a lot of Asia is on the case and watching me with illegitimate information. I did not really consent to participating in any of this especially because it seems to have no positive ending. Apparently everyone in town is in on it and getting paid to drive around me as well all while knowing I am not a bad person.

I think you are very overly paranoid at a minimum. I don't know a single person who would read this and not think you need to seek medical help somewhere.

Seek assistance from a mental health professional as soon as possible.

Concur, you described my reaction.

Good response guys. The suicide out was always the easiest one for the CIA to grab at after it tried to make an economic hitman out of an innocent 27 year old that wanted nothing to do with terminating people's jobs for foreign countries or domestic. Who would have guessed that all the background body raising temperature stuff and electro shock would amount something so popular amongst the Hong Kong DOD, entire FBI, and CIA?

Those creeps used to try that stuff on me, then I found out about Scientology.

That stuff saved my life.

Just to be clear... Are you the innocent 27 year old turned economic hitman?

Electroshock can certainly be persuasive, but did they also force any kind of drugs? This seems more drug induced to me.

Basically the main question was can someone charge you months after a crime with that crime when they reported something different that they now do not have listed as a charge? Burglary reported 2 months later when a felony was applied yet nothing was stolen and no house was entered yet at the start there was no charge.

The prosecutor is the only one that can charge you with a crime and that is based on the evidence he/she has. Charges can change over time based on what is found in the investigation. (see the answer you got on the other forum where you posted this same situation in a much more coherent way)

Honestly, I have no earthly idea what you are talking about. It appears that you have been charged with burglary. If so, you need a hire a defense attorney or ask to be appointed a public defender. Burglary does not require a physical item be removed from a home. That the victim waited 2 months to report the burglary is also irrelevant.

Who are "they"? "Reported something" to whom? "Do not have listed" on what?

In any event, only the district attorney/prosecuting attorney can charge a person with a crime (or, in the case of a federal crime, the U.S. attorney). The applicable statute of limitations obviously depends on the particular crime, but many statutes of limitations are a year or more, and some crimes have no statute of limitations.

EU needs professional help, but not from an attorney; his problems are not legal. o_O
