Childish games

My teenage daughter lives with her mom. I told her a year ago that she did not have to come over for visits if she did not want to, but she could whenever she did want to. I have not seen her in about 6 months. Out of the blue I get a visit from CPS. My daughter claimed that I either pushed her or hit her, i am not sure which. This could not be farther from the truth. I have two daughters, one lives with me and the other with her mother. Neither one has ever had any physical discipline in their entire lives. The caseworked said it is obvious that my daught is mad at me.
Should I be concerned, how should I proceed?

You need to let your daughter know that false accusations can have huge implications not only on your life but hers. It is irresponsible of her part to do so. Make sure she understands that.
