Child supported in Mass just moved to New York

My exwife and I went to court and she was awarded child support for our 18yo son who is still in high school. At the time they lived in Mass. I live in Mass. They recently moved into New York. I know a child in Mass is not emancipated until he is 18 or graduates from high school. Since will be in high school another year, I know in Mass, I am required to pay child support. Since he now lives in New York , do the same laws apply?? Would we have to go to court to get it amended?? Mass or New York court??

MA should still have jurisdiction if there was a case opened. If NY has jurisdiction you will be paying CS until at least aged 19, if not 21.
