hello, i would like to ask if my ex-gf can still ask for more amount even if she is earning a lot more than i do, being an LVN. she has not filed a case against me and no court decision regarding legal custoddy but i've been voluntarily paying child's health insurance and give money to my parents for taking care of the child(the child stays with my parents from mon-fri)

Why don't you file for custody? You should otherwise if the GF is named custodial parent she can ask for CS.

I'm the only 1 working in the family,(with my wife now) i have 1yr old and my 14yr old goes to school. i dont have extra money to pay for the lawyer that's why i volunteered to pay some of the expenses of the child (with my ex-gf) hoping that she will not take me to court.do you have an idea regarding child support limitations on my part?thank you for your quick reply.
