my mother has agreed to give me the child support from my father which is $617 a month until 6/09 i do not know how to write up the agreement and have it noterized

Why would you need an agreement? I'm assuming you are a minor. It would be stupid for your Mother to give you all of the child support she receives from your Father. Child support is not meant to go into your own personal bank account for fun. It's meant to help your Mother pay the expenses to raise you and maintain the lifestyle you would be used to if your Father were in the household.

If your mother wants to give you the support she receives from your father, no notarized note is required. It's hers to do with as she sees fit. She can just hand it to you.

Why is she giving you the support? She does not have too and is crazy too. Are you paying rent and bills there?
