The father of my daughter is way behind on child support, and Florida continues to do little about it. He pays only a little when required to keep from getting his license suspended. Not only that but i have medical bills that he is suppose to pay half of. What can i do to collect on the medical bills that he is suppose to pay? What can i do to get the small amount of child support that he has been ordered to pay? He doesn't work and if so it is under the table. He is also required to provide medical insurance but that has never happened.
