I make about $500 every two weeks pay child support to two diffrent woman, I pay $181 every two weeks to my ex-wife and another $100 to my ex-girlfriend, I have 2 girls with my ex wife and 1 son with my ex-girlfriend, I also pay $89 for medical too just my son alone I pay about $80 every two weeks in gas prices to and from work leaving me with about $50 every two weeks which is 80 hours of work.

I am suppost to be paying the state low and it seems high, My ex-girlfriend has went aginist court order for over 5 years refusing to let me see my son, so I havent seen him since he was 4 months old it was court ordered to have visitation.

I need to know what I should do about my son, Should I sign away rights and if so in the state of west virginia would i have to pay the child support and back support? I am almost living on the streets. No way to make a living. both woman live on child support and state fund as in fod stamps and state check along with a state medical plan and do not work.

What do i do? How do I go about it I cant afford a lawyer or ever court costs.

You cannot terminate your rights just to get out of paying CS. If mom is in contempt then you take mom to court for contempt on visitation. Why have you waited 5 years to file contempt? Do you qualify for legal aid? Have you called around to attorneys to see if anyone is willing to help pro bono or on a reduced fee basis? Do you live in the same state as your ex GF? If so, go down to the courts and file yourself. Start googling some fathers rights groups in your state to see if any of them can give you guidance.

I was told by the judge that if she does not want me to see my son that she does not have to let me, when I went to the court for child support they set visitation which was every other weekend and holidays to be split with parents desiding on which holidays. The judge had told her that if I did not pay CS that she does not have to let me see my son, The first year I was out of work due to layoff so she refused any rights at all but since then I have been trying to cotact her via email, phone, letter, and even threw her family. She has not been keeping in touh with me or even giving me a chance to see my son, She moved to texas without me or the courts knowing and has been there 3 years now.

I know nothing of law and was told that she dont have to let me see my son by the judge who is also a good friend of the girls family/father. So there is a fav issue in the courts, no other judge will handle the case in the county but that one judge and I was told I can only file in the county I live in.
