you are never responsible for his CS ever! I am dealing with the same thing. To really enforce that get a prenump that sates you are not responsible for any of his back bill's, any CS he may owe at any point. And if the court try's to make you pay for his CS, laugh and let them, cuz you'll sue the court and be one rich woman. my other half's, ex's lawyer tried to threaten that and I laughed so hard and told him I wish he would, I could use the money I'd get. Then asked if he got his degree off the back of a comic book.
As for the house thing I don't really know, I don't think she or anyone can touch it, but to be on the safe side. Put the house in your name only and use a loophole, and put in the prenump that he get's half of the money from the house, if you ever go through the big D. So she can't touch it, and if she takes the money from him after the big D, eh well thats his prob.
