I have an income deduction order by the court in Georgia. This has been in place for almost two years now and I have been loving it because there is a record of my paying the money which my ex cannot argue. Now she is getting short payments from the child support enforcement and is telling me it is my responsibility to follow up to ensure she gets the full payment. Am I wrong as I have told her my responsibility ends when I make sure my company deducts the full amount and sends it to the child support enforcement as ordered by the court??
