I have a low child support payment and received it $48 back in April after the magistrate looked at one pays tub presented by the respondent. The support doesn't include child care and I feel that he may have presented a very low pay stub no financial affidavits were reviewed by the magistrate. I pay $300 in child care and need hrlp. Can I file an upward modification. I lost the objection as they claim it was received late.

You can ALWAYS request to be heard on any motion.

It's up to the court to allow or deny the motion.

The court ultimately decides, if you're allowed to be heard on the merits of your motion.

Don't get your hopes up, all you can do is ask.
