My ex has taken my daughter from me a week ago. Law enforcement cannot help me because he is the father and has as much rights as i do. I have a child support order stating that i am granted legal & physical custody of my daughter, but its from another state. Even though its a child support order, will it serve like a custody order? Being that its from another state, would it matter?

I'm afraid not - generally it's only determining custody for the sake of child support; you need an actual custody order.

Get to court first thing Wednesday and file an order for custody and visitation immediately.

You have been the child's primary caregiver for how long?
