If a 30 yr old male took advantage of a girl that was 16 at the time why are they making her pay child support. Isn't it rape? The female is now in her thirties and the kid is like 16. But I want to know if its legal to be making her pay. I am her husband now and it is a terrible financial set back. Can anyone provide me with any info please. Thank you.

If the court has ordered her to pay then it's legal. We have no idea why she's been ordered to pay, not being in possession of the facts.
