Child support deduction discrepancy

Last year I went to court with my ex to set out child support payments so they were logged with the superior court.
I owed 20 months of back pay which will end this December and then I will continue to pay the regular payments after that.
My ex and I are on good terms.
After we went to court I paid my ex until the information was setup with the FRO to draw it from my paycheck and we kept receipts for all that was paid.
Once the FRO started collecting, my ex and I submitted the receipts showing that she was paid, and she started getting paid shortly after.

Currently however, the FRO has not recognized these payments and will continue to draw from my pay until next June.

Now I don't want to pay a lawyer to fix this considering my ex is vouching for the fact she has already received money, and aswell will go freely to a judge to show them so.

What is my next step that I should take?
Sincerely

I'm not familiar with FRO, but I googled it and found this website:

http://www.mcss.gov.on.ca/mcss/english/pillars/familyResponsibility/questions/general/about_fro.htm

If this is what you're talking about, then it appears that you can request an adjustment if you're willing to pay $100:

Should I take support payments directly from the payor?* Should I give support payments directly to the recipient?

If your case has been registered with the Family Responsibility Office (FRO), the payor must make ALL support payments through the FRO. Otherwise the FRO's records will not be accurate and it may show your case as being in arrears when it is not. The FRO charges a $100 administrative fee to make adjustments due to a direct payment, and it collects this fee from the payor. If the recipient regularly accepts direct payment from the support payor, the FRO may refuse to enforce the support order or agreement.

Since you're on good terms with your ex, maybe you could agree that she will reimburse you for the extra payments from December to June.
