Can I sue my son's father's employer for being in contempt of a court order. Thry pay "whenever it is convenient for them" , is what I was told when I last inquired why the wages that are supposed to be being garnished automatically, whereally not arising for long (months) periods of time. I live in CA and I know he gets paid weekly. I was under the impression that a payment was supposed to be sent up to 7 days every time payment is rendered?
