Is it true for a person that was indicted for child molestation be pardoned by the Judge? Can he move out of that state and not register in current state he is living, can he vote.

Judges do not have the power to pardon anyone.

Governors and the President are the only executive officials in the USA with the constitutional power to pardon convicted felons!

Once a person is convicted of child molestation they are required to report their whereabouts and register according to the state in which they were convicted and/or the state in which they reside.

A person u see indictment for a felony offense is innocent until they plead guilty or are convicted subsequent to a trial.
